RULES OF THE PABLOBEER PHOTO CONTEST

images & sensations

The photo contest is promoted and organised by CINEFOTOSUB di Roberto Montanari, registered office at Via Nicola Luciani 21, 86036
Montenero di Bisaccia (CB)
VAT no. 01942790708

The contest has a promotional, cultural and educational purpose.
By promoting a new drink we want to draw attention to the importance of recycling and of using the right language.

The focus of the contest is to photograph the product, that is the beer can, in a pleasant setting, and to describe a sensation in a few words.
Entries must therefore be relevant to the theme and comply with the conditions set out in these rules.

The contest is open to adults of any gender and nationality. People involved in organising the contest and their family members may not take part.

Each entrant must provide their full name, email address and/or telephone number, place and date, declaring that they are the author of the images submitted and hold all necessary rights to them.

Entry is free. Each entrant may submit one single photograph, accompanied by one single description of the sensation, in JPEG or PNG format, by the deadline of 15.12.2026, exclusively through the entry form on the contest website.

The contest opens on 01.08.2026 and closes on 15.12.2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

The technical requirements for the photographs are minimal and concern the image format and the length of the text.

By entering the contest, the author declares and warrants under their own responsibility:
– that they are the sole author of the work submitted;
- that the work is original and infringes no third-party rights;
- that the content of the photograph breaches no applicable law;
- that they have obtained any authorisations or releases required for the people portrayed, private property or restricted locations;

The author indemnifies the organiser against any claims, demands or compensation requests brought by third parties in relation to the entries submitted.

Copyright remains with the individual entrants. However, by entering the contest the author grants the organiser a non-exclusive, indefinite licence to use the entries submitted for the purposes of communication, promotion, publication of the contest, exhibitions, catalogues, websites, social media and information materials connected with the contest and/or the product advertised, with credit to the author, unless expressly waived.
Any use other than those indicated above shall be subject to a separate agreement.

The assessment criteria will take into account consistency with the theme,
quality in terms of proportion and light,
originality,
expressive and narrative power,
and the overall impact of the image.

A T-shirt signed by Jeremy Vermolen, who created the recipe for this beer, will be posted to the top 50 authors in the ranking set by the jury.

A guided tour of the brewery where the beer is made will be offered to the manager of the venue from which the most photographs are submitted.

An underwater photography course in the Tremiti Islands for the top 5 authors in the ranking set by the jury.

Assessment is entrusted to a jury appointed by the organiser, which selects the entries received and establishes the ranking on the basis of the criteria set out above. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be appealed. In the event of a tie, the jury awards the higher position to the entry received first.

The personal data collected will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and used solely for purposes connected with organising and running the contest.

Entering the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.

On any matter not covered here, the organiser’s decisions are final.
After submitting, the entrant receives a confirmation email at the address given on the form. The organiser contacts the winners directly using the details provided when entering.
